Refund policy

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

All custom orders are final sale items. We will not be able to exchange or refund custom orders. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at EastTexasGrainAndKnot@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
